My plex server can't reach the http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html

Hey there,

I can’t reach my http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html, it is saying unable to connect on the computer that I have it running on.

I did change the network adapter that it uses instead of all to fix the possible remote connection issues, but it was working fine yesterday. I have also tried to uninstall plex media server and restarting of my computer and clearing the cache in the browser.

Thanks for your help in advance.

I have the same problem, I installed a new router, so my server got a new IP address.
Since that I cannot open the web portal anymore.

How can I fix that?

Did you try, what I have suggested above @Kramomat?

Update: I could access plex through my plex media player and there is where I changed the network interface to listen on all instead of the set IP which I’m using, but it now can access my Plex server through http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html, but I don’t understand why it breaks when I changed it to my static IP that is set on my adapter on my computer ? Any ideas to resolve this and coming to the original question which started all this Plex media server won't stay remotely connected for more than 1 hour, any ideas on this one? on this two thanks for help guys. the picture in which I attached is found on setting-server-network-show advanced and scroll down a bit

Update: Also I tried accessing plex through plex media player and it worked fine. So I don’t understand why it can’t connect through http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html.

I just tried, but did not help
It was already set to All, so I chose my network card. Still the same.
Changed it back. Still cannot access.

But indeed, via Plex Media Player it is possible to access settings.
