Where do I got to get help. As I didn’t not make any changes but now plex doesn’t play my videos that my kids watch over and over. I will provide more info if I’m in the right place. Setup is plex on nighthawk x10. Media is on qnap server. Player is mobile phone and mainly Sony TV
