It was working fine a few weeks ago. Can someone please help.
My remote access isnt working anymore. I hit retry and it turns green for a second then back to red.

Wireless router: Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 Model R7000
PMS installed on Windows PC

Remote access was working for at least a year without an issue, and sometime in late December stopped working. As I stated before when I try to connect it flashes a green and 2 to 3 seconds later it turns back to red.
Mine does the same, but I can still get in remotely through the plex.tv launch button on the public site. I have a bit more of a tricky firewall situation though where I have an IPS and reverse proxy on my edge.
This is not an in-depth solution and I’m not familiar with the depth of control that a user has on a nighthawk, but you have you tried changing the port that you’re publishing plex over? Also, have you ensured that you are allowing inbound traffic to plex over that port? And finally, are you also port forwarding or creating a destination NAT over that port to your plex server?
I am sharing my server with 3 people, 2 of which have Roku boxes, the other is on a smart tv. The Roku boxes are working just fine, the smart tv and my phone and tablet will not connect. I’ve even tried to connect another tv only to fail to connect.
