The TMDB episode entries for these all had the incorrect TVDB ids linked to them. I’ve gone and just removed those. After about 48 hours do a refresh on the show and see if it’s resolved.
Thanks for doing that. I have changed my system to use the new scanner/agent then did a full refresh of metadata and now it shows Mythbusters correctly from the seasons I have checked. Will post more if I find anything else but so far so good.
Thanks, there was just one incorrect id on that season. We have a fix coming soon that should prevent these incorrect ids from causing problems in the future.
Also just note that watch.plex.tv uses the TMDB ordering for TV so you can’t compare it to TVDB directly, you’d have to compare it to your library that is set to TVDB order.
I managed to get Mythbusters properly set up using tvdb aired date. Everything is showing up properly except for season 2008 which is showing the mythbusters specials.
Files are named “S2008EXX” just like all other seasons are but the episodes in the season are the specials “S00EXX”, despite being in Season 2008. Really really weird.
The only embedded data I have is the title, which is the correct title it should be, along with the comment being the synopsis, and an unrated rating, just like every other episode for the show.
Edit: I didn’t make any changes, not sure if there was a fix in the backend, but I decided to refresh the metadata again and the issue is resolved.
