NCIS: Los Angeles Missing Metedata

I have tried several naming conventions for NCIS Los Angeles, however none of them will provide any metedata.
Folder Name :NCIS - Los Angeles also tried NCIS
File Name:NCIS - Los Angeles - S03E22 - Neighborhood Watch.mkv
File Name NCIS - Los Angeles - 2012-05-08 - S03E22 - Neighborhood Watch.mkv
File Name NCIS - Los Angeles (2012) - S03E22 - Neighborhood Watch.mkv
I also tried same naming conventions above with NCIS Los Angeles (dash removed from show name) and none of them work reflecting show metedata.

I have the whole third season, and will add it once the correct naming convention works with metedata.

You mean the episodes are added and show up in the correct season/episodes but you’re not getting any thumbs/descriptions – or does the show not match in the first place?
The following naming schema should work (as per Plex guides):

TV Shows  <- the folder linked to your tv-show library
  NCIS Los Angeles (2009)
    Season 03
      NCIS Los Angeles (2009) - s03e22 - Neighborhood Watch.mkv
      ...

If the basic matching gives you a hard time you can optionally include a reference in the top-level folder for that show – e.g. naming it NCIS Los Angeles (2009) {tvdb-95441} or NCIS Los Angeles (2009) {tmdb-17610} or NCIS Los Angeles (2009) {imdb-tt1378167}

The Plex TV Series agent/scanner prefers if you include the release year… though make sure to use the correct one (for NCIS LA that’s 2009 – not the release year of an individual episode!).

Also… which agent are you using for this tv-show library?

The TVDB and Local Media Assets(TV) and changing the Root Folder for the Show and refreshing the metedata fixed the issue. Thank you so much! YOU ROCK!
