1.That is what I have got after following the instruction you attached above.
Sorry, can’t provide an IP cuz that server is in a local network.
I have no ability to close this topic. Please do that and I will open a new one if it’s necessary.
My guess is that here should be an authorized local plex server indicated.

I have resolved the issue. The solution is not trivial to find it immediately. I had to download mobile app and reclaim the server. Unfortunately claiming option is not available in the web UI, and I had no clue what to do until I’ve opened the app that apparently resynchronised the data between devices.
After claiming server it appears in authorized devices and the setup process was started automatically.
