I just downloaded the app and there is an error saying "There was an error communicating with your plex media server. Is there a fix to this?
I have bought the app for android and it working fine on it but just getting an error on the xbox app
Same issue here. I have been troubleshooting for 3 days now with no solution. I wonder if you need to be a Plex pass user in order for it to work. I posted on the forum but no one has answered me yet.
