Need Help after new router, Plex is now Unreachable

Hi all

I have an issue with my Plex Server. I just changed my internet from adsl to fibre and have a new router (TP-Link TL WR840N). I tried to watch Plex on my PS4 like I usually did but now it says my Plex server is “unreachable”

Im not too savvy when it comes to ports, IPs etc so what do I need to do to fix this?
