So I am trying to seek to the end on a 28G 4K Movie. I have done whatever I can to get this to work. but it seems the only way to see the end of the movie is to watch it from the beginning. I have HW acceleration enabled and I have tried direct play and converting it from 240p to 4k and everything in between. I even swapped it for a 1080p 15G file. Nothing has worked.

OS: UnRaid
PMS: Official Docker Container.
AMD Threadripper 2950X
Strix 1080ti OC
128G Ram
16 Spinning HDD (SAS 4TB each)
1TB NVME Cache
I upgraded the CPU from a 7700K to the TR2950X
and I upgraded the GPU from 980ti to the 1080ti
I have enabled NVIDIA GPU pass through on the docker container. Not sure what else to do. I am having similar performance with other Media servers like Emby.
