So Plex isn’t cooperating with me at all!

I have 2 plex accounts, and I want my MAIN PAID account to run my server. But every time I install the Media Server to my computer, it loads up my UNPAID account, and I can not change that. I log out, log back into my PAID account - and it tells me to download the Media Server. (Yes this is all done on the same computer with PLEX installed)…

Please help me…

I tried to delete my UNPAID account, however, it’s loaded with my gmail account - so I don’t even know if I can, because when I put my password in it, it’s wrong.

I’m so frustrated… Must be one the most frustrating things I’ve dealt with.

So - I deleted my UNPAID account - however, now my main Lifetime Plex Pass account won’t let me create a new server… just keeps telling me to download the media server and install it…

  1. Log your web browser out of your Gmail account.
  2. Log your web browser out of your plex.tv account
    web_sign_out
  3. take your plex server out of its currently used plex account:

  4. Start plex server
  5. Sign in the Plex web app into the ‘right’ plex account (the one with the Plex Pass)
    sign_in_webbrowser
  6. after a while, you will be notified of an ‘unclaimed’ plex server in your local network. Claim it.

I figured out how to get my unpaid account deleted… just not able to create a new server now.

Ok so I’ve got it now, but it says “There was an unexpected error loading this library…” Or Dashboard - where ever I am…
