Ever since Plex did away with agents, my server cannot match anything. No movies, no TV shows. I get blank covers etc…

Are you referring to Plex insisting to upgrade legacy libraries to the current Plex agents?
Yeah, I think that’s what I’m talking about. I’ve just recently added a few files, and I never had this problem before. However I recently upgraded my server, and all the content I’ve added since then, remains undiscovered.
When I go to fix match, the only option I have is Plex media. I know that the agents are marked as Legacy now, they’re still there but they don’t seem to work.
Am I just missing something?
Could be as simple as something on your machine / network blocking the metadata lookup to Plex‘s backend. You’ll get a similar symptom if your DNS server is failing to resolve certain hosts involved in the metadata lookups (you could e.g. opt to use Google‘s DNS [8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4] or Cloudflare’s DNS [1.1.1.1] instead)
