Netgear R8500 + QNAP + Plex Server Combination Problem

Hello Plex experts,

Currently, I’m using Plex Server in the environment of Netgear R8500 router and QNAP TS-253B.
Sometimes, Plex Server had been disappeared.

I correctly configured router’s settings(Port-forwarding or DMZ).
And QTS version is 4.3.4.0644(latest version).
Plex Server is updated to the latest version(1.13.5.5292).

I also configured port-forwarding for QNAP’s web and it is working properly.

What is the reason ?
