hi guys just gone to a new provider and got a new router fritzbox 7530 and my remote access is not working uninstall to reinstall first of then ticked unticked evrery option in plex i need some help please. it worked perfectly on sky but now not at all i looked in router settings help please.
If you are not using a manual port forward, I would check if UPnP is enabled for your router. Although, I would recommend using the port forward route. Double check your rule to make sure it’s using the right IP for your computer. Also set the IP address for your server to reserved so it won’t change on you in the future.
