Network folders refuse to work after the latest update. im not sure what to do? they show up but then the directories don’t show up. any way of fixing this or is there a way of reporting this bug?
How are they connected?
i apologize for not adding enough details, my network folders refuse to show up on plex to look for movies/tv shows, in all previous plex updates it worked fine with no issue but with the latest/current update it completely ruins it. i can see the drives and the letters inside of the plex server client but all directories are gone so im left with something like this “Z:/” instead of it allowing me to put “Z:/Movies” for example. the entire menu when you select the location becomes blank. i have no issues if i swap over to an older copy.
I noticed with the latest update I can see my networked files and folders but it will not scan when I add new media. I have to manually do it
Edit : I fixed it I forgot to check off Scan Automatically. Stupid me lol

I have a similar problem. I can see all the drives and folders under add folder, but the server refuses to connect to certain folders on two drives. Other folders from the same drives show up fine.
@BigWheel any chance that the issue will be resolved in a new update? or would i need to explain my issue in a different way? or do i need to grab some log files or something? im not sure on the solution.
