hi everyone,
by recommendation of Plex I decided to start using the new agent. Before, 99% of the movies I added where recognize immediately, now with the new agent maybe 1% gets it right, the rest does not know what to put and I need to manually match the movie. Is there a fix for this or how to go back to the old one that just to work just fine?

Do you use mp4 container and/or have any metadata stored in the file themselves?
before changing to the new agent I never put the year the movie was released, just the name, but I guess with the new agent, I will have to start including the release year, seems that works.

hi, just a mkv files, no other files inside the folder.
