You have gone way past the reasonable time frame for bringing this paid-for service back on-line.
We have been patience but this is now over-a-month (July 1, 2019) since you took down the Premium Music library functionality that each of us, in this post, has paid for.
Apparently, removing this important functionality was just an afterthought in the announcement, not the main body like it should have been. This is why many of us missed it.
Mainly, this functionality was the reason why I chose to subscribe. A whole month paid for not using it…
Time is ticking before I decide to cancel it and find a serious alternative with an actual support…
When will they fix this!!! I changed nothing on my server and magically I cannot import albums correctly anymore. I do not want to manually rename all albums I import moving forward. Plex still pulls in the album artwork. I’ve tried changing the agents with no luck.
I cancelled my Plex Pass subscription because of this. I’m not paying a single penny anymore for a feature that is still advertised on their website and still not fixed
