Why Plex premium music agent doesn't change some track name?

I start making my own music library, but just found a weird thing here.

My album’s metadata is written in Korean actually.
But the track names are changed into original Japanese name by plex premium music agent.
That’s ok. i can read japanese, that’s not the problem.

but the problem is, some track names are still not changed.
I just want the consistency and unification.
I can find japanese titles on the auto matching data, but not assigned to actual track name.
What’s the problem?

See the track 2 and 3.

When Plex matches your albums, it gets metadata from online sources, either Gracenote or Last.FM. The trouble is, these sources aren’t always complete, and they are frequently full of errors. I would imagine the problem is even worse for non-English language albums.

You might be better off configuring Plex to use embedded tags rather than the online sources. If your embedded tags are in good shape already, this won’t be a huge task.

Thanks for your quick answer.
The problem is, even i don’t use the embedded tags from the beginning.
That’s why i said “weird”.

In addition, the album has the complete japanese track list on last.fm

The Plex premium usic library doesn’t read track listing from last.fm but from Gracenote.

In your first screen shot above, some of the track names are displayed in a darker color. This usually means that Gracenote found a different version of the album with a different track lineup. Therefore if you pick this, all the extraneous tracks will be left uncorrected.

There are often multiple versions of albums, be it original release vs re-release, or versions released in different countries. There is almost no database which has all of them listed.

@beckfield s advice is solid. Bring your tags into shape and use them instead.
