We all know about the issue where Fox decided to split the original Season 1 into two seasons, offsetting all the season numbers. I updated all my American Dad episodes with the new numbering as specified by thetvdb.com, but Plex Media Server still can’t get the right episode information for Season 8 Episodes 7-11 (Episodes 1-6 are fine). I have quadruple-checked that my files are named appropriately (American.Dad.S08EXX) and match with the order stated by thetvdb.com. Episodes 7-9 contain data from those episodes in Season 7, and Episodes 10-11 have no data at all, even though all the information on thetvdb.com is there.
I have tried re-scanning, deep-scanning, scanning with DVD order with TheTVDBdvdorder plug-in. Any other suggestions?
Did you get this to work? It occurs to me that I updated the DVD order quite recently.
TheTVDB DVD order doesn’t seem right now. I hate American Dad.
I hate the TVDB, everyone is asking them to fix their ordering and they refuse. Is it really that hard to just have a second listing with the DVD ordering? It's why I've never used them and now I can't fix American Dad again...
