new computer, plex not scaping posters or metadata

old computer died. Replaced with a new one. Installed PMS and input all my credentials. Import Libraries for all my media.

No Posters or Metadata…
What am I doing wrong?

I am having the same issue. Upgraded to windows 10 anniversary. not sure if that was it or not. maybe a firewall/port issue. no one can answer me.

What is the server platform? OS?

I use windows 10 home edition

  1. activate debug logging (not ‘verbose’!)
  2. quit Plex Server
  3. wait 1 minute
  4. empty the log folder
  5. start Plex Server
  6. wait 2 minutes
  7. either refresh one movie or add one movie into your library
  8. wait 3 minutes
  9. shut down Plex server
  10. wait 1 minute
  11. zip up the whole log folder and attach it here

to late, but thanks. I uninstalled plex server, manually deleted all related folders. Re-downloaded plex server and installed as administrator (like I had previously but whatever right), Added media folders and all that… and boom! Works fine now, just took a while for it to gather all the info and such and now it’s all good. As a plus, plex is finally recognizing my plex pass and putting in the movie trailers and extras properly!
