New EPG disaster -- incomplete, wrong, missing channels

Server Version 1.16.1.1210 (which doesn’t seem to be mentioned in the postings re current version or any recent version)

Went to record show; had no guide and guide would not refresh. (Initiated, then quit.) Deleted DVR; started over. Selection of guide wrong (we are OTA and it selected CenturyLink IPTV; changed to Denver OTA; many channel names are wrong; drop down list not in alphabetical order; maybe got them correct. Loaded EPG. Some channels known to be available (and with scheduled recordings) do not appear in EPG.

Note: channel guide truncates channel ID (station name) on left, making it very difficult to understand. (This is just gross incompetence!)

Tried changing zipcodes. Still got wrong guide. Changed to Denver OTA. Correct channels listed by some do not appear in EPG (specifically GRIT).

I truly hate being an unvolunteer beta tester for half done software. Plex is currently unusable in my household. Ran out and grabbed an Amazon Recast so my wife could watch her favorite shows.

same issues we went through this hell last year and the yr b4 i tried to go back on software which NORMALLY will temp fix this but NOT this time I have gone back 4 updates with NO fix so this is a BIGGER issue from PLEX I think! Cow}:-o)
