I just finished testing zap2xml and it was pretty straight forward in Windows. I now have a plan B if Plex doesn’t fix the new EPG guide issues. I will simply have my batch file copy the guide data to my QNAP and Synology NAS’ after it is generated.
Another issue I found with the new EPG, is that it is classifying older programs as [NEW], such as Mom and Big Bang Theory. This complicates having schedules for new airings only. The new EPG is quite a mess.
