I assume i’t’s giving you the opportunity to create your own local libraries (which you don’t have to do if you don’t have any local media).

As previously mentioned by others, your PMS is using a different Plex account then the one you are logging into Plex Web with.

In Plex Web, click on your avatar image in the top right corner, then click on Account. Double check the email address of the account you are using.

Then double check the account your server is using based on the support article linked previously in post 7. Make sure these are the same.

I am only using one account. I have plenty of media id like to play on multiple devices.

When I check my account its all the same email address. Unless you can have multiple accounts with the same email I don’t think that’s the problem.
