I am attempting to setup a new VM to replace an existing one that would not boot when transferred to the new machine. The OS is Kubuntu 20.04 of the VM. The install appears that it worked.

However, when I attempt to start Plex either with localhost:32400 127.0.0.1:32400 or 192.168.0.82:32400, I am getting an XML error. (This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below. )

I have attempted both to reinstall and a fresh install after removing all associated libraries but the result is the same.
What do I need to do to get a working install?
