New Media not being discovered during folder scan. Warn = boost::filesystem::relative

OS = Windows 10 21H2

Hello,
Everything was working fine with version 1.25.1.5286. I upgraded to the latest version 1.25.3.5409 and now new movies are not being discovered.

I reverted back to the old version and can now discovery movies again. In case you want to investigate the issue with the latest version.

In the Plex server logs, during a folder scan of the new media, I see this warning.
