I’m running PLEX on a Synology DS920+
I have a library called “TV Shows”. Content I place in the associated folder does not show up in PLEX. I have another library called “Movies” which is working as expected for me.
I’ve tried restarting the server and deleting and recreating the library without any luck.
Assistance would be appreciated.

Did you check in Control Panel - Shared Folders that System Internal User “PlexMediaServer” has permission to read the new media ?
Yes that looks correct.
Would not following the proper naming convention cause the content to not show up? I was assuming that the content would show but the meta data would not be correct.
The naming seems to be the issue.

I wish my mistake was that smart. After reading the doc I see where the “[ ]” would be considered optional data.
