New Movie Folder Unable to View Content

I’ve done this before, but this time I am unable to add content to a newly created folder. All my folders are on my Synology NAS.

When I add the same content to another folder, the newly added content is there, but it fails to appear in my targeted folder

Here is an image of my NAS folders. “Video - Harris” is the new folder and there are four movies in that folder:

Here is the mapping to the NAS folder. It is similar to other mapped folders:

Here is an image showing no content, even though there are four movies on my NAS in that folder:

Using DSM 7 ?

Did you give PlexMediaServer permission to read ?
