Same for me. Close and restart server fixed it. This is the first time I’ve experienced it
I have upgraded to the beta release now and just by doing that, not restarting the computer itself, the manual match and auto-match started working.
I will monitor for when/if the symptoms occur again and post logs
Yeah that’s what I meant, restarting the plex server software, not the computer.
I’m having the same issue since half a year or so. Restarting the docker container works ofc. So for now I’ll have it restart every night.
Edit: I’ll update to the beta and post logs if it happens again.
I have the same issues as the others btw: auto/manual match don’t work. Changing agent (from plex to legacy for instance) works but then it will eventually break again. Restarting works but will also eventually break within days/week at most. Very tedious.
The folder structure is “TV/Show (year)/Season 1/Title - S01E01”
I have, as suggested by drzoidberg33, installed the latest Plex beta and for now it’s been working fine ever since.
Since it has been gone and came back months later I’m just constantly monitoring this and will come back with a report in 3 months.
Perhaps you should try the upgrade too.
