FYI - version 1.41.0.8992 still having issues on Drobo5N2, although unlike before it seems to run longer (around a full day) instead of immediately stopping after an hour or so.
Here are logs from my server after a restart:

@ChuckPa
The problem has been going on for over a month now and the team hasn’t provided any feedback for a while. Can you predict when the problem will be fixed or will version 1.40.4.8679 be the last working version for everyone affected?

Here 1.41.0.8992 fixed pms crashing with state sync enabled on my dsm v7 ds215j

@Corsolander

The problem is with the different ARM builds.

I did submit another ticket and there’s an engineering comment linking the last fix, and a pending fix, to my issue.

I know they’re on top of this one

ALL:

The solution for Viewstate Sync crashing PMS will be deployed by Engineering this coming week.

They responded to my ticket above , informing me of the duplicate status and fix deployment schedule.

FYI, I’ve had 1.41.0.8994 running for 48+ hours on my DS414 (DSM 7, ARMv7hf build).

Libraries are shared with another user. The DS414 owner and other user both have Sync Watch State & Ratings enabled in account settings.

The system is stable, no crashes, syncing with plex.tv at scheduled intervals (look for [ViewStateSync] in Plex Media Server.log).

Yes, that’s the same for me. Updated to version 1.41.0.8994 about 36 hours ago and so far everything is running without any problems. I also restarted Diskstation in between to see if PMS starts up again on its own and runs stably and that works. So as of now the problem seems to have been resolved in this version :+1:

I’ve been running the same version on my Drobo 5N for a few hours and have had no problem so far. Will update if I encounter the issue again.
