The status in PMS remote access settings sometimes provides false negatives, incorrectly indicating remote access is unavailable.
Verify via canyouseeme.org. If it shows your server is reachable, then users should be able to stream remotely.
Also check out uptimerobot.com. It performs a canyouseeme.org type check on a periodic basis and sends an e-mail if the connection is unavailable. I’ve been using the free version for a few days and it seems pretty good.
