Synology PMS continually disconnects remote access

I just started having these issues about a week ago where i check settings and it looks like i’m connected and have full access outside of my network, but then within a minute or two it drops. I’ve gone through the troubleshooting steps provided by Plex by setting the port to 32400 on plex and on my router. I made the IP static on the router. Normally I wouldn’t care because it doesn’t affect my streaming on my own network, but anyone that I share with says it downgrades them to 2mbps and 720p. I’ve turned off the relay option and nothing helps because if i do this it says the server is offline to anyone not on my network. Now it’s affecting me since travel started back up for work and I cannot get any sort of stream out of my own plex.

I’ll give that a go and report back. I have been ignoring the red green and testing using friends and on a computer connected to a separate network…

I tried all of those steps before coming to the forum. It’s all driving me insane. The only thing that’s changed over the last week is that I upgraded my DS1019+ to have larger drives. Otherwise nothing in my network setup has changed.
