New TV Episodes Only Show Up Under Recently Added

Sometimes when a new TV episode is added it shows up almost instantly under “Recently Added”, however, when I select that episode I am taken to the Season view and that episode is missing. I’m not sure what fixes it but eventually, I can repeat the steps above and it will show the newly added episode.

Also when it happens navigating out of the plex player and back does not seem to fix the issue. I think when it is eventually fixed it is a couple of days later.

My other players (Web, Plex on Android) do not have this issue. And I can cast those episodes from my Android device to the same Roku device that is not listing the new episode.

I am also having this problem with my Roku. The only way to resolve it is to do the “Plex Dance” of removing the episodes, clean the trash, clean the bundles, and then putting the episodes back in the folder. I also am not having this problem on other devices, just the Roku.
