New TV episodes unable to get metadata "Unable to load episode file"

Server Version#: 1.18.8.2527 (recently switched from public channel)
Server OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (recently upgraded from Windows 10 Home 64-bit)

Hard to say if this started with the Windows 10 edition change or the switch to beta version of PMS. I upgraded to beta to troubleshoot an issue with HTTPS access locally (turned out to be related to running Pi-hole with unbound for DNS).

Started having this issue sometime in the past week. got about two dozen episodes or so which won’t load any metadata with this error.

Same issue here, but running the linux version 1.19.1.2630
