I have the last version of Plex media server on Windows 10.
Every time i add a new TV serie, Plex automatically add metadata from Zero One-Once in Adana. I don’t know what Is the problem and i found that if you use an older version of Plex everything work fine.
And if I delete all metadata from my server almost all of my TV series get united in One single big TV serie: Zero One-Once in Adana.

Please show how you have your files named and organized - screenshot, directory listing, etc.
Plex is very picky with TV shows. Make sure you are following Plex naming and organization requirements.
Plex Dance the entire show after any renaming / reorganization. This removes incorrect metadata from the Plex database.
