I’m experiencing an issue where newly added .lrc lyric files are not being recognized by Plex in my music library. All of my track files and their corresponding lyric files are placed in the same directories and are named identically (with the only difference being the file extension). Even after performing a full music library scan and running a metadata refresh, Plex still fails to display the local lyrics. Has anyone encountered this problem? Note that this functionality was working fine two weeks ago, with Plex recognizing the files after a metadata refresh.
Yes, I’m seeing the same thing from my side as well. When I add local lyric files, they are no longer showing up. I think this has something to do with the latest server update.
Seeing the same on latest server update. Also moved music directory and built a new one with a few albums. Lyric Find doesn’t seem to be working either for those few I created for testing.

LyricFind should not have been affected by this issue.
If you are seeing the issue after the latest update please provide some server logs and I can investigate.
I just applied the update that was released this morning. Still not working. Where can I securely upload the logs to you?
Make sure you refresh metadata for a problematic album and that debug logging is enabled beforehand (please do not enable verbose logging).
Then just grab the zip file and DM it to me on the forum here.
I’m working on getting the logs for you. Waiting for a refresh I had already initiated with ALL logs set. Then will modify for you to the settings specified. But… I noticed I have made a serious forum rookie mistake and for that I do apologize. During my search I was looking for “plex lyrics missing” and/or “lyric find not working”. I just saw the forum topic header of server-windows. 
I’m on a Rocky Linux server.
Do I still send the logs or is there someone in the server-linux area I should DM them too?
The platform isn’t relevant here, Lyrics should work everywhere so feel free to DM the logs to me.
