Go now:
Server/Settings/General:
Disable Verbose
Enable Debug
Then clear the agent caches - if you haven’t already.
With the exception of ONE dash in each file name, those and the structures are pretty much perfect. It would be rather ‘picky’ of Plex to refuse to cooperate in this case, but… if it was me ('cause this stuff makes me crazy):
The Salisbury Poisonings - S01E01.mp4
Then, I’d take another look at Server/Agents and make sure LMA is enabled, but demoted for every tab under Shows and Movies - INCLUDING - TMDB in Shows:
(Note: Every Tab, Every Agent should look like that in Shows and Movies)
Then I’d take another crack at The Plex Dance - making certain to do every single step, in the exact order described…
If that doesn’t work…:
Post those logs - 'cause now they’ve captured everything that didn’t work… we hope.
