Your file naming isn’t bad.
I tested with the season folder and it worked.
It may not work for you.
I would try a season folder and a Plex Dance after you demote LMA:
All steps, in order, or it won’t work.
…sometimes you just need a ‘Do-Over’.
This also may not appear to do anthing - if it doesn’t cure the problem - but it’s not a bad idea to ‘Do-Over’ your agent cache either:

If you do everything by the numbers and still no joy - the log files should lead us to the answer - and if necessary I’ll call in somebody to read them…lol
Do this now - just in case:
Server/Settings/General:
Disable Verbose
Enable Debug
so they’ll show the things you’ve been doing and any failure points along the way…
