is anyone else having these new channels come up on the wrong numbers when you refresh? Looks like true real where I am is on 14.6 but there’s no option to change it to the correct channel. 14.7 is the new NEWSY (excellent btw) but 14.7 doesn’t even show up as an option. Works fine on HD HOMERUN app.
also I see on Newsy’s website Newsy is available on Plex. Breaking World News Mobile and Smart TV App - Newsy® But where is it?
It is available as a Live TV stream directly from plex.tv
You need to enable the “Live TV” online media source in your account https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/online-media-sources
(It might be geographically restricted.)
I too need Newsy added to the Guide. I live in San Diego and its on 10.6 but there is no entry in the guide, can you please add asap. Thanks,
So I ask again, where do I go to ask for a channel to be added to the TV guide?
The guide is added in every other service but not Plex, Plex always seems to be last on adding channels to the guide and I always have to spend months on this forum to get it added!

These channels have been added OTA so we get them with our TV tuners. Pretty sure that’s what this thread is about. Not Plex’s LiveTV.

They have NOT been added on PLEX for me. As you can see I get Newsy on 10.6 and there is no 10.6 on the menu.
Reported for the Baltimore/Washington area, but Gracenote doesn’t have it for the zip codes I checked.

@johnnyz can you tell me your zip code and maybe any surrounding zip codes.( we guessed maybe 92014 but not sure. afawct GraceNote, where we get guide data from, does not have any data for that channel and we would need to report it to them.
my zip code is 92058 - Oceanside CA. 92054 would also be in Oceanside.
The station is coming out of San Diego.

My zip is 30033. Specifically Channel 14.6 should be True Real. 14.7 should be Newsy. I cannot find True Real as an option.

And FYI, I don’t know the link to the “official lineup *” on that form. I do over the air channels with a HDHomeRun CONNECT DUO, and us plex. the examples that you have for the Link to official lineup * don’t mean anything to me and they don’t have my zip code so you need to explain that more if you want me to put info for the “Link to official lineup *”
maybe this is the link for the lineup? I would know, I have NEVER used or had to us a link for a lineup.
