NFL Games from Tuner always in Spanish

I have an issue I have had for a few years. And it drives me insane.

I am on latest Plex server beta for Windows. I am using Plex on Roku.

Whenever I watch an NFL game from the tuner (which is a supported model) the game audio is Spanish. I cannot seem to affect this except for sometimes closing Plex and going back in 2 or 3 times will get it back to English. I have my language preferences set manually, although I get the same behavior no matter how those are set. This issue has survived multiple rebuilds and reinstalls. I am at a loss.

I’ve seen this too, even going to the available streams only lists the spanish language stream. Very frustrating.

At least I am not entirely crazy then. I have tried everyway I know how to affect this and cannot. Sometimes exiting Plex and restarting the stream 2 or 3 times works. But many times no matter how much I do that it always comes up Spanish. I am using a WinTV-quadHD with latest drivers. I do have hardware transcoding on and I do that with an Nvidia 4060.

Here I am trying to watching a playoff game. Same BS. Spanish.

Since only 1 person has replied I guess only a small percentage of Plex users do the tuner thing.

That’s my primary use for the tuner so this effectively (for me) makes the tuner function irrelevant.

I have the issue on my PR2100 server and Sony X900H client for what it’s worth…
