When I go on my xb1 to plex music. I get the artists but none of there albums are there.? I am sure it was working last week.
Also it keeps saying undefined under the artists name if that makes a difference. Any ideas
Sounds like you’re running into the same issue as this user. Could you tell me exactly how your music library is set up so we can reproduce?
On my hard drive I have it as artist name as a folder then within that folder I have all the albums in there own folders. But I’ve had a bit of success. I deleted the music folder in plex server. Then set it back up. So it reloaded everything and now it works. Sorry for wasting your time. Just looked like I had to remove it out the library and reload it.
I believe the issue is that when you set up your original library you chose to use the personal media agent, and then I don’t know what else, but we’re trying to pin down exactly under which conditions this issue happens.
Yeah this time when I set it up I just used the preset options and it worked.
