I upgraded my qnap Nas and now Plex does not connect to server via Ipad,Roku boxes,Mac Mini. On my Mac Mini I have access to my Qnap Nas but the plex app does not connect or load the files up and live TV DVR…I have shut down my Router and Spectrum router restarted the Gas multiple times and still the server does not connect anyone else have this same issue and found a fix please help thanks in advance.

With Plex stopped,
Please manually make a ZIP file of the logs, download it , and then attach here.
Where do you find Plexdata logs on Qnap or plex?
Use the procedure I linked to create it.
Create the shared folder (exact case) PlexData anywhere you want.
Once you restart Plex, you’ll have an entry there which will take you into the QPKG internal area where you can then use FileStation to manually retrieve the logs.
