after open plex in quickconnect its comes a new windows, but its completly gray and its only says

Do you get the same error if you try that without Quick Connect.
Quick Connect is intended for use when you are away from home only. You can start and stop the Plex server on your NAS using Quick Connect, but you cannot open Plex/Web reliably that way.
If you are at home, local to your server, always use http://NAS-IP-Address:32400 to open Plex/Web or you can use the public Plex/Web server at https://app.plex.tv/
You can bookmark those addresses in your browser to make it easier to open Plex/Web when you are at home.
Note: Replace NAS-IP-Address with the actual IP Address for your NAS.
