Hi there, I bought the Plex Pass hoping to download content to see offline, but I’ve tried from the Plex Media Server(on Windows), the Web app and the Android app but I’m unable to see the “Download” button in any player(pressing the three dots as the help resources says), and the “Downloads” menu only appears in the android app. Am I lacking some additional setting for this to work?

Are you signed in to your other devices as the same user that is on the Android app?
Downloads are only supported in the mobile Apps on Android and iOS and in “Plex for Windows/Mac” (download below).
They are particularly not supported in the web app – regardless of whether it is the “local” or the “hosted” web app.
After buying the Plex Pass, make sure that both your server and the app you’re using is signed into the Plex account which has the Plex Pass applied to it.
In some cases, it may be necessary to stop and restart the server to make it recognize the Plex Pass.
For apps to recognize the new Plex Pass, you’ll have to make it contact plex.tv. The safest way to do that is to uninstall the app, reboot the device and then re-install the app.
If you have created a Plex Home, it might be sufficient if you “Switch User” to another user of your Plex Home and then back.
Downloads must de triggered from the app into which you want to download the item. They cannot be triggered from the web app.
