would anyone happen to know a fix for this please ? ive tried restarting pc, removing library then re adding, ive also tried analizing them per season and per episode and i still have the same issue … hope someone can help id appreciate it thanks

As far as I can tell, in it’s current state, the entire intro/credits/commercials detection process is hit or miss, at best. It was mostly working, till they added intro/credits detection, but even then it frequently missed them. Since intro/credits, it’s much worse. The saving grace is that I can use the thumbnail generation to fast forward and see when the adverts end and resume playback.
You’re running Windows, I’m running mine on Linux, so it doesn’t seem to be platform dependent. But I doubt we are the only ones experiencing this.
On the off chance that it’s a client problem, I use Roku devices to connect to the server. What are you using?
One other possibility I can think of is that TV stations can remove or muddle up the markers used to detect adverts, and since they wouldn’t want us to skip ads, that does make sense from their financial point of view.

hey thanks for replying im running directly from my pc and i have hdmi to tv for 4k movies ect
