Hi,
I set up my Plex account today, and want to go the route of sharing access through other people’s accounts instead of profiles. Everything’s been great until I try to access my media through the app on my phone (running iOS 26), m mom’s phone (the latest version of Android), OR my dad’s phone (latest iOS 18 version). We can all access the media fine through our web browsers (and our respective accounts), but when ever we go to use the mobile app, nothing appears. There is no indication of a server/library being shared to any of us, with it saying “No Libraries Found.”
I am brand new to Plex, so I don’t know if I’ve overlooked something simple, so any help is appreciated.
I have, however, tried the following: making sure every device is o the same Wi-Fi, letting Plex go through the server PC’s Windows firewall (I even turned the firewall completely off). I have made sure that remote access is completely on (green check), made sure under the “Manage Library Access” tab, that everyone has unrestricted access, and even made sure everyone was friends. I have logged in and out an uncountable number of times across all 4 devices, deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple time on all 4 devices, and even restarted each device multiple times each.
