Same issue here. Stopping then updating PMS on my Synology and signing in/out on my iPad worked until I stopped using Plex for a few hours. This was not happening until I updated to 2025.13.0 Needless to say, this did not happen before this garbage new player experience update.

Same problem here on both of my Android devices. I can still access my Plex server from a Windows PC (web browser), so I know the server is functioning, it’s just the Plex mobile app that is completely useless after the last update.
