As stated, I can no longer download content from my private server. Long ago I purchased, through the player/client account, the activation thing that allowed downloads on the Android app. The server account has always had the Plex pass. This is a new issue, I have previously been able to download to this Android phone and my old Android phone.
In the attached image, the error message “Unable to queue download” appears when I attempt to download any content file.
Both the server and client accounts were created and used before 2022 (I saw an issue about downloads and the date of account creation in another thread)
