No matches found on all scans/manual

What I have been looking at were 401’s and not 404’s. I would like to see your logs to see what similarities there are. I have tried the requests myself and I did not get 401s. If it is the same as the others, will then explore what cloudflare is returning on some specific requests

The logs zip you provided here No matches found on all scans/manual - #15 by veruszetec is not usable because you disabled debug logging. Please enable debug logging on the server and restart the server and try again and get me the server logs. Would like to see if it is the same as the others

@phil0115 @jcurtis84 @ezeitoun I sent you PM with specific requests to try using curl - and get me the resulting output

Thank you

The common factor so far is that the 4 sets of logs I looked at with this issue are all for servers located in Florida - hence my thoughts that there may be a regional Cloudflare issue

Thank you @jcurtis84 @ezeitoun for getting me the curl responses

This has identified the problem and we will be working on a fix

From reading this thread, they look very alike to my issue, since this got more responses, maybe merge my issue into this, or just close my thread. I’ll keep myself looking at this for responses on fix. After Update, No Movie metada

In response to sa2000…noting the issues may be related to some Florida servers. I have same issue based in Florida.

Having the same issues here on a windows 10 based server :frowning: fingers crossed that this issue is resolved soon

The problem was introduced recently but we have long cache expiry for a specific url and Florida must have expired first

Issue now fixed and related Cloudflare cache cleared

Please try again

A restart of Plex Media Server is needed as it caches the key in the session

if you still have problems - get me debug logs - it would be different issue

After restart Plex Media Server, it works correctly.

oh yes needs restrart because the bad key is cached in the PMS session

Works Perfect, Thanks!

Thank You!

Apologises for hijacking thread.

Hi there. Not in Florida, in the UK, but having the same issue as everyone else.

I’ve tried restarting and have turned on debug to capture some logs. Please find them here

https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Rl_KFv-eRJJxtfEFLGSWWDNmhQyzI2yN

Server is Fedora Linux. Version of plex is 1.18.8.2527-740d4c206

I also tried the fix from earlier

Thanks for any help you can provide.

@whipped

You have a DNS lookup problem. The DNS lookup IP your machine is pointing too isn’t correct somehow or the machine itself isn’t seeing the internet.

Yes, you’re correct. Bloody networkmanager had wiped my resolv.conf settings. Doh!!

Thanks for the help, all working now.

I was asking in case there is a botched update and I need to roll back to an older version to get a working version. Not sure why Plex wouldn’t make older versions available?

Hello I seem to be having this issue as well. I opened up another thread but I think this is covering my issue.

Thank you for all your help.
