As you can see in the attached GIF I can’t get the agent to find any metadata with the new Agent.
Am I doing anything wrong here? This seemed to work until recently.
Try a release year of 2011 instead Insidious (2010) - Release Dates — The Movie Database (TMDB)
Including the IMDB or TMDB ID in the file name can also help Plex to successfully match the file Naming and organizing your Movie files | Plex Support
Could you provide the server version you’re on (the one you provided isn’t the server version)?
Have you tried restarting the server?
I am not sure how to tell the player version from the server version since the UI does not give a clear indication of that. I believe it is either one of the other:
1.24.3.5033
1.35.1.2632-c6783c78
Yeah, I have tried to restart the server. Also tried Ottos suggestion. It did not work.
Grab your server logs and post those, I should be able to tell from those what is failing.
Thanks for helping out. I got impatient so I uninstalled Plex server. Then I installed a new download of Plex server version 1.24.3.5033-757abe6b4 for Windows. Seems to be working now.
