This was happening to me too. I just added a “classic” tv show to plex and the name was there but everything was blank…But prior to that, I tried to name the show with filebot (which has nothing to do with Plex) and it wouldn’t name anything…so I had to use the movie db to name the tv show. When loaded into Plex, everything was blank so I used movie db to name them. I just figured something was going on with the TVDB since it wasn’t working on Plex or filebot.
Had the same on Plex and Emby. I guess it was on their side because it started to work again a couple of hours ago.
