No metadata on new added titles

I have recently switched from a very old Cisco Router to a ASUS RT-AX88U.

Any new films being uploaded and added to the library are not matching any metadata. No director, actors, every field blank except the title it has taken from the file names and a standard release date of ‘1900-01-01’.

I do not need remote access, just local and I’m sure it will be a very easy fix however I don’t really know what I’m doing. My synology NAS box is working fine and Cloud Station updating new files.
